Staff is amazing very patient and understanding! I had to stop by and Paul assisted me he was more help than he knows! I left my wallet at home near closing time and no one made me feel like I was a burden they were very sympathetic to my needs.

I went to the Courtesy Finance branch in Rome, Georgia, on the 31st of January 2025 as a walk-in. I explained to them that I have a situation and that I am a victim of identity theft and need some money to hold me over until I get my situation taken care of.The first lady I met was Kendall. She said in a friendly tone, let's see what I can do for you and began doing the necessary. She and her colleagues Daphne and Robert each had a hand in helping me get the financing I needed. The process took about an hour, but that's due to our friendly small talks. I received the finances I needed deposited into my bank account within 2 hours after our appointment.
