Application Terms & Conditions

I understand that I am applying for a loan from Courtesy Finance, LLC (herein, “Courtesy Finance”), and I authorize Courtesy Finance to obtain my consumer report (also known as a credit report) from a credit reporting agency. I authorize Courtesy Finance to use my social security number, my address, my date of birth, and other information I have provided or will provide to help Courtesy Finance access the correct information from the credit reporting agency.

I authorize Courtesy Finance to access my credit report for collection purposes and to review my account in order to determine whether I continue to meet the terms of the account.

I authorize Courtesy Finance and its agents and affiliates to communicate with third parties, including (but not limited to): the adult dependents or references listed in my application; current or former employers; current or former landlords; third-party service providers; and current or former creditors. I give this authorization in order to help Courtesy Finance confirm and verify the information I am giving in this application, and to help evaluate this and any future applications submitted by me, including for renewals or extensions. I understand and agree that Courtesy Finance may contact the third parties by phone, text, e-mail, or in-person, and I agree to sign a written authorization if requested to do so by Courtesy Finance. I authorize the third parties to disclose the information necessary in order to verify the information provided in my application. I also authorize Courtesy Finance to contact these parties to obtain updated information on me while a loan is outstanding and in the course of any collection efforts.

I understand that Courtesy Finance will retain my application whether or not it is approved.

I understand that Courtesy Finance is relying on the truth and accuracy of the information I am providing in this application as the basis for making a credit decision, and I understand that Courtesy Finance will continuously rely on the information I am providing in my application. By signing below, I certify that the information I am providing to Courtesy Finance in my application is true and correct.

I agree to immediately notify Courtesy Finance if any of the information provided in my application changes.

I have reviewed Courtesy Finance’s Online Privacy Policy.

I understand that all loans must be closed in person at one of Courtesy Finance’s branch locations. As a result, I must be located within a reasonable drive time from the branch location at which I am applying.

Not all applicants will qualify for a loan. Loan approval and terms depend on applicant’s ability to meet our credit criteria (including sufficient income, credit history, and availability of collateral).
